Roger Federer and his wife Mirka Vavrinec enjoy a kiss while out and about in New York City
CHAMP.
More than the numbers. More than the broken records. At the end of the day, this man is husband to Mirka and daddy to Myla and Charlene. <3

He was tired. And it showed. But really, there’s nothing wrong with Silver. :) I’m just happy for him. He worked hard for it - but alas - Andy’s younger legs won.

A pretty disappointing year in terms of titles and rankings, all culminating into the mess-fest that was the US Open Final (which I do my best to block out these days). But the true mark of a champion is his ability to bounce back once everyone has written him off, and that is what Federer has repeatedly shown us these last few weeks. So we end the year with a title in Basel, Paris and now London. Not too bad!
Roger Federer, you simply are the best. For my sake, for all of your fans’ sake, and for the sake of this sport, I hope that you are around for many, many more years to come.
My love, I won’t be able to watch you in the upcoming Australian Open. You know it is breaking my heart. I’m sorry I wasn’t able to save enough money for that. I promise, I will watch you in person one day.
Again, congratulations on your 70th career title. :)
